Brad Holt, President & COO
Brad Holt became president and chief operating officer (COO) of Atlantic Southeast Airlines (ASA), on Dec. 1, 2007. Prior to his appointment as president, Holt served as vice president of Flight Operations at St. George-based SkyWest Airlines. In that position, he was responsible for all flight operations, airline operational control, operations control center, crew support, training and standards, and corporate safety functions. His past experience includes nearly 25 years at SkyWest - 21 of which were in leadership positions.

Holt joined SkyWest as a line pilot in 1983 and held roles of increasing responsibility including pilot instructor, check airman, chief instructor pilot and director of Flight Standards and Training before taking over as vice president in 1991.

 
 
 
Ken Ashworth, Vice President – Maintenance
Ken Ashworth is vice president of Maintenance for Atlantic Southeast Airlines. In this position, he holds primary responsibility for strategic planning and direct oversight of ASA’s Maintenance and Engineering division, including the operation of seven ASA maintenance facilities and responsibility for aircraft maintenance, engineering, quality control, production control, technical training and materiel.

Ashworth began his commercial airline industry career in 1980 as a mechanic at SkyWest Airlines in St. George, Utah. Since then, he has held positions as a Maintenance controller and Maintenance inspector. In 1996, Ashworth became the director of Maintenance at SkyWest. In that role, he was directly involved in strategic and tactical planning efforts that elevated SkyWest Airlines’ overall reliability to be among the best in the industry.

 
 
 
Charlie Tutt, Vice President – Flight Operations
Charlie Tutt holds responsibility for directing the daily operations of more than 1,700 ASA pilots and all Flight Operations functions including training, standards, operations and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining ASA, Charlie served an impressive 33 years at Delta Air Lines. While at Delta, he worked as a line pilot, flight instructor, chief instructor pilot, chief pilot, system manager – Domestic Operations and director – Flight Operations.

Charlie holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Tutt and his wife reside in Atlanta, Ga.

 
 
 
Terry Vais, Vice President – Customer Care
Terry Vais is vice president of Customer Care for Atlantic Southeast Airlines and has oversight of Customer Relations, Partner Relations, Market Development and Airport Customer Service Training & Standards. In this position, Terry is responsible for the safe and compliant operation of all ASA stations and contracted stations outside ASA’s Atlanta hub. Terry began his airline career in 1990 as a ramp agent at SkyWest Airlines and has held roles of increasing responsibility including several management positions. Before joining ASA in 2008, Terry served as SkyWest’s hub director at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) where he successfully coordinated SkyWest’s LAX operation – the largest at the time in terms of volume of any other carrier.

 
 
 
Kevin Wade, Vice President – Administration and Resources
Kevin Wade holds primary responsibility for the management of the company’s finance, Human Resources, Employee Relations and Labor Relations departments. Before joining ASA in 2005 as director of Finance, Wade held various roles within the Finance division at ASA’s sister carrier, SkyWest Airlines. With a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an M.B.A. from Southern Utah University, Wade joined the aviation industry in 2001.

 
 
 
Lisa Walker, Vice President – Operational Support
Lisa Walker is vice president of Operational Support with oversight of ASA’s Properties & Facilities, Ground Equipment, Online Training and Technical Writing programs.

A 25-year company veteran, Walker has played pivotal roles in the Airport Customer Service and Properties & Facilities arenas. Most recently, she served as ASA’s vice president – Airport Customer Service. Walker was named one of Atlanta’s Top 25 Women to Watch by Atlanta Woman Magazine in 2008 for her operational and Properties & Facilities accomplishments at ASA.

 
 
 
Brandee Reynolds, Vice President – Inflight Services
Brandee Reynolds holds responsibility for all operations, training and contract oversight related to ASA’s Inflight Services department.

A 15-year ASA veteran who has deep roots in the Inflight Services division, Brandee started at ASA as a flight attendant and has held roles of increasing responsibility including flight attendant supervisor, manager of Inflight Operations, director of Inflight Operations and, most recently, director of Labor Contract Administration.

Reynolds resides in Newnan, GA with her husband and two children.
